Q: How do I know if a specific accessory fits my car?
A: We recommend checking the product description for the "Vehicle Fitment" section. If you are still unsure, please email us at service@ivotero.com with your car’s Year, Make, Model, and Trim. Our team will verify the compatibility for you within 24 hours.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: We process orders quickly to get your gear on the road! If you need to change your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the package has left our garage, we cannot redirect it. For assistance, email service@ivotero.com.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my automotive gear to arrive?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. If you’re in the "Express Lane," it usually takes 2-4 business days. Please note that oversized items like heavy-duty floor mats or roof racks may require an extra 1-2 days for handling. For shipping questions, contact service@ivotero.com.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, IvoTero focuses on serving drivers within the Continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this moment, but stay tuned as we expand our routes! Email service@ivotero.com for updates.


Installation & Use

Q: Do your products come with installation instructions?
A: Yes! Most of our products include a digital or printed installation guide. For complex items, we highly recommend professional installation to ensure your vehicle's safety and warranty remains intact. For guidance, email service@ivotero.com.

Q: What should I do if a part arrives damaged?
A: Don't worry—we've got you covered. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product immediately and email them to service@ivotero.com within 48 hours. We will send out a replacement right away.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item after I have installed it on my car?
A: To ensure safety and quality for all our customers, we can only accept returns for items in new, uninstalled, and original condition. Once a part has been mounted or used on the road, it is no longer eligible for return. Contact service@ivotero.com for any return inquiries.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return at our Fresno, CA facility, we will process your refund within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account. For help, email service@ivotero.com.
