Before any package leaves our warehouse, it undergoes a final inspection.

  • Compatibility Verification: For certain vehicle-specific parts, our team may reach out via email to double-check your car’s make/model before shipping. This extra step prevents the frustration of receiving a part that doesn't fit.

Once your order hits the road, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey from our facility to your doorstep in real-time.

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we specialize in serving drivers within the Continental United States.

Note on P.O. Boxes: Due to the size of many automotive items, we recommend providing a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.

5. Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours:

  • Take photos of the packaging and the product.

  • Email service@ivotero.com, and we will get a replacement sent out immediately.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your Shipping Address is 100% correct. Ivotero is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
