1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unused, uninstalled, and unassembled (items that show signs of installation or road use cannot be returned for safety reasons).

In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at service@ivotero.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged during transit.

You received the wrong item or a part that does not fit the described vehicle model.

For Automotive Electronics/Tools: Please test the product's functionality before permanent installation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (e.g., certain car cleaning chemicals).

Final Sale items or gift cards.

Items damaged due to improper installation by the customer.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
